Aliens Prohibited from Exit

According to national law, foreigner with one of following characters, is prohibited from leaving:

1. Defendant of criminal case and acknowledged suspects by police station, people procuratorate or people court;

2. Informed by court that civil case is not complete and cannot leave

3. With other illegal activities and after ascertained by main authority to be investigated.
