9. Green Sea Manor (Bi Hai Fang Zhou)

The total area of Green Sea Manor's hall is 4,180 square meters. The first floor of the east wing covers an area of 648 square meters and sufficient living facilities are set up here. They include a commercial center, medical care room, hairdressing center, children's playroom and super market.. The second floor of the east wing is an fitness center of 428 square meters, including exercise room, activity room, and locker room. The roof platform and the outside corridor make the center spacious and allow for a nice view.

The area of the first floor of the west wing is 543 square meters, including a coffee and chatting room. The second floor of the west wing is a 400 square meter Chinese restaurant, including utility room and VIP rooms.
