Western Qin
During the era of Sixteen Kingdoms in China the Western Qin (Simplified Chinese: 西秦; Traditional Chinese: 西秦; Pinyin: Xīqín; 385-400, 409-431)) was a state of Xianbei ethnicity. Note that the ancient Qin Dynasty, the Former Qin, and the Later Qin. Is entirely different from Western Qin. All rulers of the Western Qin declared themselves "wang"which means "king" or "prince."
